“Just perfect, great experience, from the check-in experience to the check-out experience.”
Everything was perfect, they helped me where needed and were so welcoming. The dog Mogli was also sooo cute. I came mostly to watch the East vs West Armwrestling show in Wuppertal and Remscheid, so this was perfect. Even when I asked them to accomodate for my friends, they directly put out blankets and mattresses, everything to make it fit for them (even if in the end it was needed anymore). I had such a beautiful time there, they had lots of coffee there and tea too and even gave me complimentary water. Such a sweet couple.
