“Excellent value for money very homely and Bavarian style”
Really friendly helpful staff ..great buffet breakfast first day Monday . Room was huge with a massive balcony facing front and side (Alpine Suite) had a fridge, kettle. Toaster, stove top, coffee machine with pods. 2 of the windows had a plant, it felt like staying in someone's home. Could control temperature on radiators. Loads of storage space . Was Advent when we visited and decorations lovely , even in room and bathroom . Decor in restaurant very Bavarian and food was superb with massive portions . Shower excellent with roomy cubicle . Breakfast eggs great . Value for money was amazing. Overall one of my favourite hotels ever , and I have stayed in a LOT of hotels. So cosy and homely . Mind you if you are a modern boutique hotel type this is not for you . Cosy smokers corner with sofa and rugs outside under cover

This place is amaizing. I visited it in summer, I believe that in winter it also beatufull. Perfect location, not far from Kimsee lake. Nice view to the mountains from the balcony, delicious food in the restorant. Room was quite large, enough space for 2 adults and 2 child.

“Great overnight stay on the German Alpine Road”
We did a one night stay with half board. Good location on edge of village; cooking facilities and fridge which would be useful for longer stays. Good evening meal (limited choice) and good value for money; helpful staff

“Lovely Bavarian Hotel with a restaurant terrace with stunning views.”
Lovely hotel, large with a big restaurant and lovely terrace with stunning views. We had a room at the back of the property with the same stunning views from the balcony, where we sat most evenings. Our suite was wonderful, large with a lovely seating area, lovely bathroom and a comfortable large bed. The kitchenette was adequate but a little small. The breakfast in the morning was very good and was served each morning by the lovely smiling waiter Manu; we sat out on the terrace most mornings and nothing was too much trouble for him, There was fresh meats, cheeses, buns, jams and scrambled, boiled or frieds eggs and bacon, plus a large selection of coffees, lattes etc and fresh fruit juice.
