Overview
Eliassen Rorbuer is housed in renovated fishermen’s cottages on Hamnøy Island. It offers cottages with private kitchen facilities. Moskenes Ferry Terminal is 10 km away. We missed the option to have a room with a view, other than that it was a good accommodation, spacious, well equipped, a bit overpriced maybe for the season but this applies for every Rorbuer in the area

“Exceptional”
We had a wonderful 2-day stay in this beautiful and iconic traditional fisherman’s cabin. The whole experience was truly unforgettable! The location is incredible, with breathtaking views of the fjord and surrounding mountains. Our rorbu was very cosy and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax and take in the scenery. Although the weather was wet and very windy during our stay, we took it all in stride and still enjoyed every moment. We did encounter a small issue with the stove, but the reception staff were very helpful and promptly came to fix it for us, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a unique and memorable experience in Lofoten. Highly recommended!
