Really enjoyed the location was able to sit and eat breakfast and look at the ocean. We were able to walk to restaurants bars, boutique shopping, so conveniently located

Pay attention to the policy of this property. Even though your reservation is via Booking, the owner will send you another contract to sign, which is fine. But in that contract, the cancellation policy shows that your payment won't be refunded at all if you cancel the reservation within 30 days before your stay. I couldn't cancel my reservation because of this. So, if you're familiar with this weird policy of staying, go ahead and good luck.
