“Good location for the beach”
The staff was very polite and friendly. When my key didn’t work, the man at the office immediately gave me another one. The room was big, clean and had everything in it. Peking was included which made the beach experience cheap and special.

This was without a doubt the most extortionately overpriced place I have ever stayed in (coming in at $377.40 for 2 nights in September). Given it is a motel with only the most basic of facilities and amenities, the fact that I paid rates equivalent to a European 4 star hotel is utterly baffling. If I hadn't needed a place to stay for a friend's wedding and with other options booked up I wouldn't have stayed. Avoid and spend your money elsewhere where you will actually get value for money and amenities that align with the cost.

everything. Super close to the boardwalk. The family that owns the hotel are super sweet people this will be our new go to hotel when we go to Rehobeth Beach.

“Kind and caring staff, walking distance to beach and boardwalk, free parking and wi-fi....AWESOME!”
I originally booked for Monday and Tuesday night. A sudden change of plans prevented me from arriving Monday, and I called to inform them that I would only be able to stay 1 of the 2 days, and I knew I'd still have to pay for both. The lady was so kind on the phone, and when I arrived the next day, she asked if I could stay an extra day so I wouldn't lose money. SHE EXTENDED MY VACATION AN ENTIRE DAY! They didn't have to do that, but they did! Everyone who works there was so sweet and laid back. Their goal is honestly to help people relax and enjoy their time at the beach. This kind of hospitality and kindness is not commonplace anymore. I am so appreciative! Also, it's a super short walk to the beach. It's perfect!

The location was great--walking distance to the beach and close to Rehoboth Ave. The microwave, fridge, and AC all worked. The staff reached out to help when needed.
