“Comfortable”
We were in Rohoboth for a wedding. The hotel was in a convenient area, with parking and the room was very comfortable. As we were only there one evening, we did not use any of the facilities like the pool, breakfast or gym.

Hotel is in a great location. The rooms could have been cleaner I found paper trash on the floor and hairs in the bathroom. Also we had to move rooms because of a sulfur like smell, not sure what it was. Second room did not have the smell. Worst hotel breakfast not even a bagel or bread for toast. Very basic.

“Comfortable and quiet hotel. Close to many stores, restaurants and not far from the beach.”
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The young lady at the front desk accommodated my request to check in a little early because we arrived earlier than expected. The room was clean and good sized. Our bathroom sink was somewhat clogged, and the maintenance man was there within a couple of hours and fixed it in no time. We liked the outdoor pool. It was very clean. The breakfast was decent but was not a hot breakfast. There was coffee, juice, buns, yogurt, fruit cups, cereal, fresh apples and a pancake machine.

Great location, near shopping and good restaurants. Bus could be taken to beach to avoid parking fees They were very accommodating with our early check in time and extending our stay by a day.

The location of the hotel was ideal for the events I attended( just the right size( comfy & clean rooms; the grab & go breakfast; good coffee in the morning; staff was very efficient.

“A relaxing weekend get-away.”
Though not walking distance to the beach, there is a bus that takes you to the boardwalk and beaches. The hotel to Rehoboth beach, was literally 10 minutes. We purchased a day pass for $4.00, which allows you to ride the bus all day! Much better than sitting in traffic and trying to find available parking. The hotel was very convenient to restaurants and the outlet stores. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

“Very close to the beach & attractions the nice grocery store next door came in handy for breakfast.”
The receptionist at check-in was amazing, even with difficult people that came behind us that were giving her a hard time she was very calm, patient and very pleasant. She checked us in very quick.

“Decent place but absent staff.”
Finding staff at the front desk was difficult. It was usually left unattended. When I needed to reactivate my room key, it was done without questions. No ID was asked for. This is a creepers dream and did not help us to feel safe.
