“Good starting point in Tuscany, located 30 minutes away from Florence but only with a car”
Nice garden and swimming pool area, all sourrounded by olive trees. Clean and renovated rooms, nice staff and delicious olive oil. We loved the bike trip we did with recommended bike rental in Reggello.

“Amazing, relaxed, nothing was a problem.”
The property was the most beautiful and well maintained. The staff were so lovely. Our favourite was the beautiful meals that were cooked. Pizza night was a high light and a great way to meet and chat with all the guests.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and cannot thank Daniele and the entire team enough for their exceptional hospitality. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly attentive, kind, and genuinely caring. They made us feel completely at home, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. The property itself is beautiful, peaceful, and the perfect place to relax and recharge. A special mention goes to the Pizza Night, which was such a memorable and enjoyable experience — a true highlight of our trip! We spent a truly restorative and special time here, thanks to Daniele and his amazing team. We are already looking forward to coming back. Thank you again for everything!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and cannot thank Daniele and the entire team enough for their exceptional hospitality. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly attentive, kind, and genuinely caring. They made us feel completely at home, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. The property itself is beautiful, peaceful, and the perfect place to relax and recharge. “Welcoming hosts and fabulous food”
Lovely buildings and gardens, and further space to walk our dog was much appreciated. Unfortunately the weather was was unseasonably cold and wet so we couldn't make the most of the facilities. Our room was comfortable and spacious, I don't recall the bathroom being advertised as adjacent rather than en suite but it wasn't a major problem. We had the set dinner which was excellent - 4 courses of beautiful home cooked food absolutely wonderful and plenty of wine - think it was 70 euros for both of us including the wine. Staff are welcoming and very attentive.

Breakfast was very nice, location perfect if you are visiting the luxury outlet nearby. There are also a couple of really nice restaurants around the area, car is essential. Daniel & his family were very friendly and helpful, also when we asked for extra blankets, they immediately brought them. Also, the whole hotel is beautiful and family-friendly, pool looks amazing, too! Very well maintained.

“Wonderful and welcoming in every way in a lovely setting”
Absolutely wonderful stay in every way! The most welcoming and accommodating family with friends that run this lovely place. The apartment had everything you need. The whole place is tranquil in a setting of olive trees, old impressive trees, flowers and fruit trees and the property inside and out is immaculately taken care of. The pool area clean with a 1.40 m deep pool and several different sun and lounge chairs with umbrellas to chose from - all in a dreamy setting. We were three friends traveling here and had dinner in the restaurant 5 nights - we all very much enjoyed the home cooked 3-4 course meals with local wine. Also we were delighted when it was pizza night and all guest were seated together while pizzas were coming without an end :) . It is great to have a car for excursions but we also enjoyed taking the bus that runs a few times a day just 5 min walk from the premises to the nearby town where the train to Florence etc places runs frequently. As I am writing this a few days after returning home only bad thing I can think of the was that we couldn’t stay another week!
