Located just 10 minutes’ drive from Redding, the Win-River Resort and Casino features a heated outdoor swimming pool, multiple dining options and a health and wellness spa. “Pleasant staff, clean & comfortable room, good security : Foul Air from Smokers!”
All food was permeated by cigarette smoke- Pool was not open on hottest days in October!

The staff are ALL friendly, professional, helpful and engage with the guests, at least they were all fantastic with us and I’m sure that doesn’t change. All the staff we met are all what you want everyone to be, Hospitable, but more than that, friendly, apart from the staff the property itself is comfortable, clean and welcoming.

The room was spacious and clean. The beds are so comfortable. Staff was friendly. I loved the jacuzzi tub!

The lady who checked us in was amazing. She sat at the desk. This was around 5pm Saturday. Out of everyone we met during out stay She is the one who stood out and went above and beyond.

It was a nice Casino, but too far off the beaten track. We expected nicer restaurant facilities, not a take out . The smoke in the main Casino room was too much for us to handle.
