“Fantastic stay the previous reviews seem far too harsh”
Staff were very very helpful all the time. They would take extra care to make sure you would be present on any tour or transfer they organised mopeds for us to ride. Great facilities with gym and swimming pool. The room was large clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fine, had western and Asian options.

“Would recommend! Amazing staff”
I wouldn’t listen to other bad reviews. This place was so lovely and the staff were amazing. The best hospitality we’ve received in a long time. The tours they offer are nice, helped with bike rental. Nice breakfast options. And room was spacious and clean.

“Great stay; great location but the property staff must be more proactive to help and assist guests with movements.”
Property was great, clean and presentable. The help desk was not very helpful and tried to restrict our movements with poor information. We had to figure out movements ourselves which we did with success. We helped others also who had the same issues and provided our contacts from getting from A to B

The hotel offers a beautiful view of the port, which we really enjoyed. We also appreciated the bungalow accommodation with connecting rooms, which was very convenient for families.

the staff is amazingly supportive and went out of the way to accommodate our requirements for food and travel. The resort in itself is located with an amazing view from each chalet.
