Overview
The friendly, family-run Hotel Tenne in the Valais-Goms hiking and skiing area can be found close to the skiing and cross country runs in Gluringen, and offers you fine cuisine and cosy rooms. In summer and autumn you can enjoy walks and bike rides in the scenic alpine landscape. All rooms are fully en-suite and delicious food is served in the Hotel Tenne's restaurant, which is a member of the of the Swiss Guild of chefs.

A beautiful family-run hotel in a magnificent part of Switzerland. The views along the Goms valley were outstanding. My room had a view along the length of the valley to the mountains around the Furka Pass. I was given an upgrade to a larger corner room which was extremely comfortable with a king-size bed, desk and sofa. The couple who own the hotel gave me a lift from the station on arrival and back to the station on departure. Breakfast was very good with an outstanding selection of different bread. Ham and/or salami was for you to slice yourself on a traditional machine. Excellent coffee. One real novelty was a multi-purpose tap on the landing providing chilled, sparkling and boiling water.

“Just perfect”
Arrived after a long motorbike ride were warmly welcomed. We were later than expected so changed and came down to an exceptional dinner, great wine and fantastic service. The room was cosy and quiet. Breakfast was lovely. Lots of choice and great coffee. Beautiful surroundings too. Everyone and everything was perfect from start to finish.
