“bad experience”
we had big problems with the toilet, it was from day one stuck. i wrote an email, in the messanger from booking and personally to mr. barbosa on whatsapp and i got no reply! it was more than uncomfortable because we couldnt use the toilet and noone came to fix that!! we paid a lot for this stay and could not enjoy it. thats unexcuseable!!
