“The room was mouldy. The bathroom and the shower was mould and destroyed no upkeep of the room the wardrobes and the pre”

The glass door in the shower was faulty and dangerous. When I mentioned it they said it would be fixed when I return in the night. The did not fix the door but instead removed it from its hinges and left it leaning on the wall of the shower. I requested a room change an the room I moved to had a similar problem with the shower door so I decided to turn a blind eye as I wanted to sleep.
