“Clean, spacious, comfortable place with great location”

We truly enjoyed our stay in Luca's holiday home. He was very kind and responsive throughout our entire stay. The place was very clean, no outside noise, great blinders that blocked outside light. Kitchen was equipped so we were able to cook at home. The place is very spacious with two balconies. We were minutes away from the main tourist attraction so we were able to walk to the Turkish Steps easily. I would recommend Luca's Holiday Home to anyone who's considering to book their stay here.

Very close to the Scala sei Turchi. The sea view from the balcony is really amazing! The housekeeper is very polite and is always ready to help. Highly recommended!

Mr. Luca was extremely kind. Since I don't know the area where his apartment is located, and since I rented a car, he offered to park the car, which made things easier for me. He explained everything in detail.

“Very large flat with all amenities, in a gorgeous location.”

The flat and its location are simply perfect. The host, Luca, is very hospitable and greets you on arrival. He also delivers the freshest and most delicious croissants every morning, with a choice of pistacchio/cream/chocolate. The flat is much larger than the photos and it is great to make use of the well-equipped kitchen. There is street parking, but if too busy, Luca can show you the way to his private parking spot.

“Comfortable stay right at the Scala dei Turchi beach”

The host is a great person. Super friendly, nice and caring. We arrived late in the evening and the host kindly booked us a table at a nearby restaurant. The apartment was very spacious and impeccably clean. There is public street parking right in front of the house. The host even brought us fresh croissants in the morning.

The host was very helpful and went out of his way to ensure our visit, albeit short, was enjoyable.

Bluoltremare was spacious and light. Luca was incredibly responsive and helpful.

“Beautiful apartment”

It is a beautiful and cozy flat. Very clean with comfortable beds. Apartament was well equipped with a private parking. The location was perfect, just few steps from the beach and amazing Scala dei Turchi, very close to the restaurants! The owner was very nice as well!

“Nice, clean and comfortable but for a short stay because the beach at Stairs of Turks is not the best”

Superlocation! We stayed only 1 night and it was amazing - some stairs down to the beach for swimming or few hundred metres to sunset place for enjoying Stairs of Turks. On Friday evening there was also live music at the local outside bar. The apartment is very clean and the road noise can not be heard because of good windows.

Great location with restaurants a few steps away and a beautiful sandy beach for long walks. Very practical to visit the valley of the temples. Apartment really spacious with a lot of light in the living room. Quiet. Car park in the back really good as the area gets crowded during the day due to the Scala.

Luca is a perfect guest. He was really helpful during our stay. The apartment is really tall clean calm, all good. Beach is 3-5 min away. Thank you for this great moment
