“Until checkout it was ok”
When I went to check out my refund could not be refunded back to my card. There should have been no issue because it's a Mastercard. When I called my card they also stated there was no issue. Called back the hotel and they won't release the money to my card they have to send me a check. That is bull#%$!!!! The money was taken off the card and it should have been put right back. No reason why I have to wait for a check. I didn't make the hotel wait for the money why should I. Very poor customer service even from the manager

The restaurant next door was really good acceptthat we lost power in our three times late at nite with our kids and have find all our belongings to move to another room on second floor and all we herd was holliring and doors slamming shut .The beds were not comfortable at all .And was told my one of their staff that she was going to reimburse us do to the issue that should have never happened in the first place .

“Terrible”
Nothing. Patricia front desk check in/out RUDE, there was NO security all doors were accessible without a key card, on security latch on door in room.There was a door stopper on a door that said it was a fire door and should be kept closed at all times. AND THERE WERE 2 MOUSE TRAPS IN OUR ROOM UNDER THE SINK AREA WITH A 4 INHOLE THAT IT LOOKED LIKE THE MOUSE HAD MADE. I have pictures of all of this.
