The service provided by the staff was exceptional from the time we checked in until our check-out. Special recognition to Mike, Karla, Jeff, and the young lady that checked us in on 4/18. We did not want for anything during this trip.

“A good place to "land" for a night or two...”
Location-wise, it was right in the middle of downtown Reading, which for me was helpful as I was planning to meet in town with several individuals. The room was clean, relatively quiet, and exactly what I needed.

All the hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. Everyone was friendly and efficient, even during the busy night at the bar and restaurant. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a lot of choices. Our room was also very clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed our stay here.
