Room was nice and balcony for sunsets, bathroom also, plus was like a serviced apartment, I.e cook your own food. And pool was great, also nice and quiet, beaches are nice

What an absolutely fabulous place! There is nothing negative I could say about this condo. The place was extremely clean, had every comfort of home and was well stocked. On top the view is worth a million dollars! I read mixed reviews about the beach and all we can say is that it was extremely clean with crystal clear water.

“Affordable beach luxury”
We love everything about this place. It is clean, comfortable n has everything you need for any length of stay. The location n the view could not be anymore perfect. Highly reccommend this condo in every way.

“Best view in Rayong”
I think is our favourite place in the Aaia. The room is spotless n well equiped. The bed is so comfortable n the room is quite large n has everything you need for any length of stay. The owners are very responsive n so very helpful. The balcony is large enough to spend most of day in awe of your ocean view . We love it so much n we have already booked another week

“great location, great bed, great view = great vacation”
the bed was very comfortable (suspect it’s was from IKEA which have good beds). the balcony was small but had an amazing view of the sea. instant coffee and bottles of water were provided which was a nice touch and greatly appreciated. it was a three minute walk to the beach. next door was Thanom Kitchen which had very good food at low prices.
