The environment is very quiet and calm with walking distance to a small town where there is a nice beach and several sea food restuarants just on the beach (very reasonable prices). Carol and Denis are just like friends. Very dedicated to their jobs, making our stay as pleasant as possible. We had free bicycles. As we were the only guests, we had a diner with the young couple. It was a very good and pleasant diner.

Very nice quiet place in a village. You should have a motorcycle or a car if you want to go outside. Also you can use free hotel bike. Carol helped us to rent motorcycle, it was delivered at the hotel 👍 The room was very clean and comfortable, interesting design. The breakfast time is from 7.30 till 9.30, you should choose time you want and your breakfast will be ready to this time. The stuff was very helpful 🙌 Thanks a lot Carol for your cooperation ❤️

“Perfect stay”

Absolutely everything! The rooms are beautiful, super clean and you have everything you need plus a view to the sunset :) 7 eleven and a lot of restaurants and the beach is a quick walk or a 3min scooty drive away. The retreat is such a calm and lovely place to unwind and calm down. Carol and Dennis are perfect hosts, Dennis make perfect breakfast and Carol gave us a lot of tips for our upcoming travel. Also the rest of the crew is super lovely. We felt so welcome and really enjoyed our stay.

The location is great. By motorbike, you will see the sea and 711 in 3 min. The bed is great itself (not too soft and not too hard).

The Perfect Place for Peace and Harmony If you are looking for privacy, tranquility, and a connection with nature, this is the perfect place for you. You will stay in your own private bungalow, where you can completely relax and feel at home. The people who work here are incredibly kind and attentive! Since it was my first visit, they took such great care of me, like I was part of their family. They created a WhatsApp group to stay connected, took me to the best spots for fresh seafood and fruits, organized a massage, and provided everything I needed, from dishes to adapters. One of the most memorable moments was paddleboarding at sunset – it was absolutely magical. I am deeply grateful to Carol and Dennis for their warm hospitality. They truly know how to create lasting, heartfelt memories of the people and the country. If you want a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature, with kind hosts and unforgettable experiences, this is the place to be!

“Excellent place for your retreat.”

“We stayed at the Tree Roots Retreat during the first week of September 2024. It is only a few hundred meters from the beach. We found the place was quiet and peaceful. The Retreat is a pet friendly resort; we took our doggy friend with us. The room we stayed was neat, well equipped with artistic decoration; the air condition was in excellent shape. The Retreat’s area has been well arranged with a small pool, a boxing gym (with a coach), a sauna, etc. The place has a sister cafeteria called The Stay Café by the beach, where we had our breakfast. I had full English breakfast, and my wife also tried a beef burger, and sandwiches. All were wonderful. The management team of the Tree Roots Retreat is friendly and very helpful. We loved the room and hotel area😊 The owner is also the nicest man, and he was very helpful with everything! The beach is close and there are great seafood restaurants everywhere. The pool has amazing nature views❤️ we are definedly returning here next time we come to Thailand

“Heaven on earth”

The perfect place to relax, recover, recharge. So beautiful and peaceful. And so many things to see and discover on the property, or just do nothing floating in the pool or lounging somewhere in the shade. Aaron, the owner has lots of insider info about where to eat or what to see and he can help getting to and from the place. The most beautiful, endless beach is only 500m away. I would visit anytime again!

“Recharge and carry on”

Everything was just wonderful. For a solo traveler, I couldn't be in a better place. I recharged, relaxed, and was ready for my next trip. The people - Aaron, the host, his staff, the guests - they were all absolutely charming and helpful. The area was so beautiful and curious, I spent hours just enjoying the territory and things around. There you u can be active (martial arts, paddle board, proper gym), and you can be intellectually lazy (a sea of books and loads of comfy corners to enjoy reading). There you just relax and find peace in yourself. Ah! And endless beach with absolutely gorgeous water and tasty food hurs along the shore.))
