“A very comfortable stay that was relaxing and enjoyable.”

The place was lovely, beds comfortable, facilities in great condition and family loved it there. The water was clear and great to swim in as well as the pool setup. Giuseppe met us there on arrival and gave us a thorough walkthrough including local area options for entertainment and dining. He was very friendly and had prepared food and drink for us to snack on with fresh fruit. It was very thoughtful and was a very welcoming gesture. He arranged and delivered us local pizza for lunch, they were quite sizable and tasted great. He also setup a fantastic dinner at the local restaurant for us including free transport there and back. Having him on hand was icing on the cake which made the stay just perfect for us.

“5 star Unique Villa and Great Value”

Villa Principessa is a beautiful and unique property in the absolut best location, directly on the water, with sea access, besides the heated pool. All of us are planning to go back to Marmorata (Ravello on the sea), next to Minori, which is filled with charming people and where you can find everything, and far enough away from the tourist crowds, but still close enough to the sights of Amalfi, Positano etc, easily reachable either with ferries, busses and taxies. Many thanks to the kind and accommodating Vincenzo and Samantha for prompt answers by email and phone and for the excellent organization in arranging a private car to reach the property. Giuseppe and Andrea, the hosts on the property, were fantastic in their capacity as answered to all our questions always with a smile. .

“Villa Principessa by Amalfivacation one of the best Villa”

The setting is great - views to the sea, to Minori and Maiori, and the other way towards Amalfi. Sitting watching the sun set was superb. It's a 5-10 minute walk into Minori for local shops, restaurants and ferries. The villa, completely renovated, is very tastefully furnished with a mix of antiques, some original to the 250 year old house, and new clean white sofas. The rooms are very spacious and have views out over the sea. All have their own beautifully equipped bathrooms. The living room has a wet bar and beautiful tile floors. We ate al fresco in our own garden terrace and enjoyed the tomatoes, basil, rosemary and squashes from the garden. Like all properties on this coast, which is really a cliff and not a coast, you have to walk about 100 steps down to the shore, which includes a lovely bathing platform and beautiful views of the sea and coast. We spent a lot of time by the water and it was divine. Alternatively, you can walk a few steps up the street, to access the shared swimming pool which is also divine, and has an expansive view of the coast. Spectacular. The Amalfivacation team, from Giuseppe to Andrea on the spot, and from Vincenzo and Samantha from the office, they all were great and very helpful. We highly recommend the location, the luxury villa itself, the access to private swimming areas at the sea and pool, the warm and attentive Amalfivacation management and more.

“Amazing stay on the Amalfi coast”

Our family had an amazing week at this villa. The location is stunning: amazing palace-like interior with great air-conditioning in all rooms. Sea views from all rooms and a private terrace / sun bathing area. A short walk down the stairs there is direct sea access and up the stairs the pool (both shared with other units, but it was never busy). Minori is a short walk away from where you can take the ferry. The owners are very responsive and everything ran smoothly. All amenities provided including welcome fruit basket/snacks and wine. Special shout out to Giuseppe: he welcomed us to the villa and made sure we lacked for nothing during our stay. It felt like we had a private concierge - he was amazing. Gave pointers for and/or our trips, and booked us a last minute boat rental as well as a table at the seaside restaurant of the Santa Caterina hotel in Amalfi (including free shuttle). Every time we went on a trip he checked in to make sure all went to plan. A real superstar!

Everything was amazing. The house is enormous and confy, despite being very old. The beds were big and confy, water had pressure and was super hot and it had access to the sea (although the way back was basically climbing a set of 200 steps). The barbecue spot was awesome and very clean. The host met us to deliver the key and they explained everything to us.

No breakfast. At least some bread.

Everything. The welcoming was detailed and thoughtful was amazing assistance provided. The gift of local fruit and wine delicious and very much appreciated. The villa is a gem, kitted out with almost everything you'd need and has exceptional views of the surrounds. The little platform by the ocean is stunning and we could have spent hours there. Next time we're coming for two weeks. Grazie.

“For the high price you pay per night here, find a better alternative.”

The best part of the Villa is no doubt the water views all around the house which came of course with a high price. Though we did. not really cook a lot while there, the kitchen is the best part of the house. Roomy and pleasant. Also, Vincenzio who welcomed us- friendly, easy to contact and always ready to help! Thank you again for all your help and patience Vincenzio!
