Such a great villa. Super clean, good matras, well equipped kitchen. A modern house, stunning views. And quiet. No houses nearby. You only hear the birds and bells of the goats. And when we arrived, there was a lovely big salad made by the owner, waiting for us in the fridge. And after a few days he also brought a homemade cake baked by his mother. So kind

The views were impeccable and breathtaking, the facilities were exceptional, the rooms where spacious and had its own bathroom, it was very clean and private, they came to do a full house clean during our stay. It felt like a private slice of heaven. Eftychios and his family were fantastic hosts, always prompt in offering suggestions of local activities, restaurants and essentials. If we needed anything at any time he was happy to help. As much as it was in a small village you were still very close to Kissamos, Chania and Kalydonias so secluded but surrounded by exciting adventures.

“PERFECT Villa !!!”

Beautiful Villa, perfect seaview. The pool and & jacuzzi was also very nice. Eftychios was extremely helpful in local tips and recommendations. Also if we had some wishes & questions he replied fast and helped us any time. We had a fantastic, beautiful time there!!!

The host Eftychios (and his mother's wonderful cakes) did everything to make sure we had a great holiday, and they succeeded !!! Thank you for everything.

We absolutely loved everything about the property - it was perfection. It is in the most beautiful location, surrounded by nature and amazing views. The villa is superb and is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for a wonderful stay. The pool, outdoor kitchen and hot tub on the roof made us very happy! Eftychios and his Mother are outstanding hosts and I must say thank you both very much for providing a fridge with breakfast ingredients and the most delicious lunch and salad - unbelievable 💓

“Unbelievable place with fantastic host”

We spent 10 days in Ekphrasis Villa and it was fantastic from the first to the last moment! The house is outstanding, the Ocean view a dream (not just at sunset), but the best is the host Eftychis and his mother who did everything for us to make it a great holiday. The biggest surprise for us was Ravdoucha beach- beautiful small beach with clear water and a beach bar that serves great food.

We had a wonderful time in the villa. We are so amazed by the great hospitality, the host is so helpful and welcoming. We travel a lot and this was our best place ever. The villa has everything you need and more! So comfortable, you can do washing, drying, kitchen is so well equipped. We felt very save. And it's such w luxurious vibe, we loved it. Jacuzzi is so great during sunset. View is awesome. We will definitely be back one day (if it's not fully booked soon as I'm sure it will become a very popular place to stay, it's so great). “Great Holiday Villa”

The villa is exactly as in the pictures, it is a villa with quality materials and everything was perfect, Eftychios is an excellent host, one of the best hosts I have met. He helped us with reservations and always answered when he I wrote. I recommend the villa, it is close to Chania and the famous beaches of Crete. It is truly a very luxurious and 5-star villa!

It was a complete privilege to have 14 days in this fantastic house. We have tried different houses in our holidays and this one is definitely one of the best we have had. The pictures of the house is what you get. It sums it all up very good. You have the sun more or less all day at the terrace/pool (July). The sunset in the evening is spectacular and great to enjoy in the spa on the rooftop or dining on the terrace. Out from every room there are also a "privat" terrace which is also nice. Overall great space in the house. The facilities in the house and kitchen is what you need for a relaxing vacation. We knew the location of the house as to be a little out on the countryside so be aware of that. It is quiet and relaxing. The nearest restaurant/supermarked is approx. 8-10 minutes away by car (Kolymvari). So a car is needed. It is easy to find and get to the house, so don't worry about that. There is a small road just on the front of the house. Don't worry about that. There are passing approx. 10 cars during the day. Finally we have the hosts of the house. I can only say you will be in good hands! They have a great hospitality and did everything for us to have a great stay. If we knew what we know today we would not hesitate to rent it again.
