“Excellent short ski trip”

Very frinedly staff, excellent location for Zoncolan ski area, the cable car is literally a 2 min walk from the hotel. The room had a thermostat, so we could adjust the heating according to our needs. Heated ski room with plenty of space.

Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices. Rooms were very tidy, esspecially bathroom, The breakfast has a particularly nice presentation of homemade products. A presentation of local dishes at supper was also very good. The stuff was polite.

Ski room was very big. The cable car was near. The wellness area was well equipped. Dinner was delicious.

Everything was great, from the food, to the location, to the staff, 10/10.

“a shame and a scam”

it was not even a room.. there was a woodenblockage in front of the window so the room was dark and had zero airflow. The photos on booking and on their own Website showed totaly different rooms.. not even the wifi was working.. all in all a full desaster in Germany it would not even fullfill the lightest fire hazard regulations so small was it. im 1,92 m not small but not fat but i couldnt even fit trough the shower door.. it was a pain for three nights.. my complaints got on deaf ears.. for the price point of 260 € its a scam basicly no breakfast or pool could make up for that

“A 4 star hotel that doesn’t meet expectations.”

Good location. The staff very professional and polite.

This is our 2nd time (last time was 6 years ago) here and we can say that the staff is still very good. We liked breakfast, which has a large variety of food. The location is great, a few min walking distance from the cable car. Wellness is good, but can be a bit crowded during evening hours.

Very nice hotel and food - all seemed very authentic🇮🇹very close to Zoncolan lift and Monte Zoncolan area with good hiking routes.

Very quiet place. A small cozy hotel at the foot of the mountains with a SPA, a large spacious room with a balcony and a view of the mountains. Delicious breakfast, coffee. It is also possible to order dinner in advance.

In overall the hotel is good, but could be better for the quality-price match. The hotel has a SPA and the ski resort very close by. If you wish to eat outside the hotel, there are a few options for the restaurants. Also, a small supermarket is close to the hotel.

“Great base for sight seeing and walking in the area”

We went as a family of 6 for a few days walking in the mountains. The area was great for us as there were lots of medium walks for us to do, the town was nearby as was the cable car! There was a pool and spa in the hotel which was very good and useful as the weather was not as kind as it could have been! Breakfast was good, a large selection on the buffet. We only ate in once, but that was very nice. There are plenty of other places to eat around. Staff were helpful with information on the area and what to do and see.
