A truly lovely stay. The apartment was spacious and clean, equipped with a full kitchen and they had a cot for the baby. The host, Laura, was extremely helpful and communication was great. She was able to recommend places and events in the area during our stay.

Laura and her parents were super friendly to us. We also got a small tour around balsamico vinegar production with all the history and special details around it. that was very great to know and see! flat was under the roof, but anyways it was not hot. I also like the sound of crickets during the night.

Beautiful and clean apartment located on the first floor on the Italian countryside. Excellent communication with host who answered quickly and was very helpful regarding our late arrival. Big garden perfect for children with trampoline, playhouse, swings, footballs, basket. Cold water when we arrived. Tea bags, coffee capsule machine, spices were available for use. Slept well. Very good info about house rules, restaurants and tourism is found in the living room.

House was very clean and the kitchen was fully equipped. Owner guided us through the production plant of balsamic vinegar. This is a thing you can't miss. You will never look the same at the grocery store shelf of balsamic vinegar.

We had a warm welcome from the owner. The apartment was packed with all necessary we need. Coffee, fresh 🍒 cherry on the table and safe indoor parking for motor bikes.

Correct host, good sized flat,convenient beds, good heating, great location near to Bologna. We were with family there everything was fine. I would just recommend this place.

“An ideal place to stay with many options for one day trips or just visit around”

A flexible owner that meet our need during the stay. Because of a travel timing we were not able to be punctual on our arrival. There was no problem to agree about that. The location was on an ideal position app 25 - 35 minutes from all the museums, close to Modena and not so far from the highway in all directions. The apartment was very clean, nise and comfortable with all the amenities a family need for a pleasant stay.
