Used to stay at this hotel. Staff friendly, basic unit available, enjoy the stay. Hope hotel can replaced those old and broken item in toilet such as seat cover.

The room was spacious and comfortable, making our stay quite pleasant overall. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the lady who assisted us during check-in around 5pm. She was very patient and accommodating, and kindly recommended a larger room that suited our group of four. However, there are a few areas that need improvement. The soundproofing was not very good, as noise from outside could be heard clearly. Cleanliness could also be improved — the bedhead and floor were dusty, and there were visible spider webs on the ceiling. With better attention to cleanliness and soundproofing, the overall experience would be much more enjoyable.

“Surely will re-visit again and I hope they can maintain and improve in some aspects to be better.”
The Manager was really nice (Ida FO) - she fulfilled my request to have rooms nearby and in lower floor (also near to lift) since I am travelling with my 76 years old mother, the location which is in the central, the room and the toilet is clean. This hotel even has lift which is super convenient.
