We came to Rättvik for the midsummer celebrations happening nearby at the Old Farm. Out of summer season the place is a bursa/dormitory and it is visible. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with a small kitchen annex, table, wardrobe. Our room had also a private bathroom. Overall we did enjoy the stay, it was just next to the Siljan lake and all places we needed to go to. The breakfasts in the buffet form were okay, but very simple. On the day of midsummer's eve, there was also a delicious cake served :)

“Good hostel with nice surrounding area”
The kitchen was well equipped. The surroundings were beautiful, right next to the lake. Also, we wish we could have used the outdoor seating but sadly it was raining. The rooms were nice and large.

“Highly recommended”
The rooms are very fresh and the kitchen was equipped with everything needed (Dishes, refrigerator, microwave oven, water heater, stove, saucepan, frying pan). A 3 bedroom also has a washing machine in the bathroom.
