Very big hotel, comfortable to park and wonderful staff. We were served in the restaurant by the restaurant manager Indika, who help on every request we had especially not eating too spicy food. On an arrival we were treated like a king and a queen by the receptionist Bhagga. Very good location, and I really recommend it to anyone passing by Ratnapura.

A bit overwhelming at first, huge building is primarily a wedding venue with rooms but fabulous once you find your way around. True Sri Lankan breakfast, plenty of choice and a restaurant manager to help you with just about everything. Buffet lunch excellent if you want it. Attached Indian restaurant excellent, did not try the Thai restaurant. Lovely tea house next door, TeaJar, serving all kinds of tea and light snacks. Staff absolutely amazing, nothing too much trouble. Incredible value for money. Room clean and welcoming, view over rice fields and mountains beyond, bathroom huge, even his and hers sinks. Highly recommended.

The room and the washroom were spacious and very comfortable. I enjoyed staying on the balcony, but the view was disturbed by overgrown plants. The room service is experiencing a slight delay, but they will provide you with what you have requested.

Food was so good, both dinner and breakfast. The Indian cuisine was amazing so as the Indian chef (Mr. Singh) who made the food. Breakfast had a huge variety and totally worth the money. Location too is quite decent and rooms are clean and nice.
