Staff service was over-expected. They were very polite. When you stepped out of the car, a golf buggy would be standby and dropped you at the reception counter and then transported you to the room. Room and surrounding were well maintained.

We enjoyed our couple retreat in this beautiful green gem. The perfect spot to relax and recharge your batteries. We loved the big pool which we had for ourselves. Breakfast was amazing, too. Thank you very much for your warm welcome and complimentary glass of white wine for our wedding anniversary. ❤️

“Lux tropical retreat with amazing vibe and facilities”

Nothing but great things to say! The photos do not do this place justice, this is a luxurious tropical retreat with first class facilities. The staff are amazing (thank you Ao!) and really go out of their way to accomodate any needs. Local restaurant recommended by reception was fantastic. We loved this place so much that we would have cancelled the rest of our booked accommodation to stay here if we could have. Definitely coming back!

“Underwhelming Stay”

Aesthetically the design is okay and the rooms are big. However the one thing that saved this place from getting a lower rating from me is the very kind staff.

Very nice hotel in very nice area on the Myanmar border. Hotel is on a very quiet road which only has the hotel and a coffee shop. Just past the hotel the road becomes a 4x4 road up to Khao Krajom viewpoint. Hotel is very nicely designed, especially the landscaping which is really well done. Not a big place. Choice of expensive pool villas, pool view rooms and garden view rooms. Restaurant, bar and small swimming pool. Food is good (had 2 evening meals). We stayed in a poolview room and moved to a garden view room. TIP: If you like a quiet life, choose a garden view. We found the noise and people being right outside the room irritating when staying in a pool view room.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Phapok Eco Resort. our first arrival at the resort was just woww! staff were so nice and welcoming from the start until the end of our stay. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were very friendly and helpful Nothing was too much trouble. Best western food I had in Thailand. My top highlight was the pool and the bar at the Resort Da whole the bar manager she was the best cocktails in town! She can just inspire you with a different classic cocktails or something that you like!, the resort are full of nature and the sound of the birds singing and other animals just beautiful and relaxing and peaceful. a lots of activities and adventures around the area highly recommend it to anyone who love nature’s life. thanks to our good friend Zai who was makes us want to come and visit. I can’t fault the place and will definitely go back there again.

Buggy came promptly on our arrival to help with the luggage and take us to the check-in counter and our room as well. The environment is nice. Generally very peaceful and quiet. Staff are very friendly.

incredible location, a beautiful green and lush spot in the middle of Ratchapuri. hike and discover markets and local sights by day, relax by night in the restaurant, bar, or a few nearby restaurants. the staff are all friendly and helpful. cute little pool to refresh yourself. a memorable stay, great for 1 or 2 nights.

Well constructed and well laid out resort. Plenty of helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast with bread, fruit, cereal cooked food, coffee and juices. On site bar and restaurant is convenient. Pool is very nice. For those who require, there is a golf cart to take you from car park to accommodation. Although a few minutes further from Bangkok than other resorts it is well worth the extra travel. Only 15 minutes from main attractions such as Scenery Farm, Hot Springs and Veneto. Other attractions such as 4 wheel and off road activities are closer.

Perfect setting for down time. A place to recuperate and do absolutely nothing. The gardens are well cared for and really pleasant to look out on. The accommodation is lovely, clean and relaxing. Swimming pool is well maintained. Staff are very attentive and go above and beyond to make the stay super enjoyable. it’s also very close to the hot spring/ pools where we spent a very chilled out afternoon. My friend required a battery for her hearing aid. Having tried several shops and pharmacies ourselves with no luck, we mentioned it in conversation with a staff member. The following day she came back to us to get a photo of the battery and organised for her brother to purchase one in the city (which was some miles away) by late afternoon it was all sorted. We are so grateful to the staff - so kind and helpful 💗🙏
