Great breakfast, nice rooms and very firendly staff

Breakfast was bufet type, but really delicious, very spacious dining room. Dining in the restaurant was also fine. Staff is pleasant and helpfull. Rooms are clean and cozy.

We were staying overnight on the longer trip, thus expectation were not that high. Location was ok for a night stop. Room was spacious enough.

I booked this hotel in the morning on the day of the race, as I urgently looked for an option for placement for my relatives. The main advantage for me was the presence of a pool and a convenient location - at a distance of 10 minutes from the center of Warsaw. Choosing a hotel, I focused on booking.com My relatives came only for two days to Poland, so convenient transport accessibility was an important factor. After booking and payment, I began to look for a taxi from a bus station to the hotel. To my surprise, I found that the trip would not take 10 minutes, as indicated on the Booking Map, but as many as 32 minutes, well, the price was 90 zlotys. The next morning, we tried to call a taxi to the center, but faced an unexpected problem. We were simply refused a trip, arguing that they would not go to the hotel. As for the hotel itself, it turned out to be a great place to relax. There is a pleasant atmosphere, clean rooms, delicious breakfasts and very friendly staff. Summer evenings can enjoy walks, and for families with children this is a really good option. But we are here in winter and you don’t really take a walk. Nevertheless, I still have an unpleasant offspring. As a person unfamiliar with Warsaw, and with Poland in general, I did not expect that when choosing a hotel through the Warsaw filter on booking.com, they would offer me a place that is actually a 32 -minute drive from the bus station, and not at 10, and not at 10, As stated. I do not blame the hotel for not returning the money to me after payment, because this is not their mistake. However, if I knew the real distance in advance, I would choose another option, since my mom is 70 years old, and we had only two days to enjoy the trip. Mom and brother have already left, but I wanted to organize the best conditions for them, and this situation left an unpleasant impression.

We liked everything except price. Next two nights we stayed at Double Tree Hilton at the similar price, and these two hotels are not the equal values.

Unfortunately, the pool and sauna were closed during my 3-day stay. It was one reason why I preferred booking this hotel. Without it, the hotel is a bit overpriced. The restaurant staff was not able to communicate in English and in fact one of them not even in Polish. The dinner I had one evening was bad - spaghetti was undercooked and not warm at all.

It's a beautiful hotel that is well maintained. The pool facilities are amazing too.
