Excellent hospitality, Silvana picked us and dropped us at the station. Good location, walking distance to the park.

We stayed in an apartment on the second floor with 2 bathrooms. Although the bathrooms are very small, the apartment itself was cozy and very close to Entrance 1 of Plitvice lakes (10 min walk). We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Everything, the warmest hospitality from silvana and her family. We really enjoyed our stays here.

“Perfect for exploring Plitvice National Park”

This was the perfect 1 night stay to explore Plitvice National Park. The owner was waiting for us at our arrival and gave us detailed information on how to explore the park with the limited time we had. We left our car and we had to walk on the main highway for 500m to one of the parks entrances from the apartment. She also gave great dinner recommendations. The rooms were comfortable and we really enjoyed the comfortable outdoor seating post dinner.

“Wonderful stay with a very kind host”

The room was very big and really clean. It had everything we needed, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful details like the first-aid kit. The host was very friendly and welcoming. She gave us a detailed introduction to the national park, shared some homemade desserts and milk with us, and even drove us to the bus station at the end of our stay. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place!

This was by far the best property we stayed in. A very clean and beautiful independent home managed by Silvana who was the best host we have come across in all our travels. She picked us up and dropped us off at the bus stand. Offered to take us to the local restaurant and pick us up - all at no cost. She even gave us fresh eggs from her own hens, milk, bread and oil. Gave us tips on what to do and was a wonderful person to talk to. Thank you Silvana. The property itself is most beautiful. Half a km from Plitvice Park Entrance 1. The property is on two levels. The ground floor has the kitchen and sitting room and the bathroom. The upper floor has two beautiful bedrooms. There is a sit out and you can walk around and enjoy the property. A friendly dog Aaro and a cat to keep you company. We stayed one night but highly recommended for longer stays. We will definitely come back. Thank you again Silvana.

Our Hostess was super friendly and informative. She gave wonderful advice about hiking in Plitvice Park. The apartment was very roomy, comfortable and the Patio was welcoming.

A lovely apartment set in a beautiful location walking distance from Plitvice National Park entrance. The apartment was very well supplied with everything that we needed and more. We were extremely comfortable. Our host, Silvana, was extremely helpful and welcoming, giving us a lot of very useful information about our visit to the national park as well as making sure we had everything that we needed.

WOW!! We loved the apartment - It was squeaky clean and comfortable with a lovely outdoor seating area. Silvana was a friendly host and was very helpful with information and recommendations to visit the National Park. We left our vehicle at the premises and walked 10 minutes down to Entrance 1 - which saved on parking costs. We recommend this accommodation.

“Perfect Apartment and Host for our visit to Plitvice!”

We had a wonderful stay at Apartment Sven. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, it was lovely to relax in the gardens on the afternoon of our arrival. We were also able to leave our car parked at the property after check out, while we visited the lakes. You can’t get much closer to entrance 1 for Plitvice! But what we enjoyed the most, was our wonderful host Silvana, she greeted us so warmly, and shared wonderful information for our visit to the lakes and surrounding area etc. Silvana went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! You will not regret staying at Apartment Sven. Thankyou Silvana for making my birthday and our stay so lovely.
