My second time here. Big thanks to a manager, Mr.Mohamed who resolved the issue between the receptionist and me. If not for him, I would not rate it this high. Peace and quiet. That's the description.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. All of them starting from the receptionist to the restaurant Chefs. The room was very clean, as well as the beach.

Great Location, very friendly staff. Hotel itself is rather old, but offers everything you need. Kite station and kite spot is absolutely perfect.

“Pleasant stay with genuinely caring staff who made us feel welcome”
The staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help with any request. They truly go out of their way to make sure guests are comfortable. The chef was also very accommodating — you can approach him with special food requests, and he does his best to prepare exactly what you need.

The beach is SUPER sandy! Mr walid helped me choose a room with a very nice sea view :) Also, when I forgot some of my belongings, they called to tell me (although I didn't realise by that time:) ) Also, Mr Mohamed & everyone in the reception were really helpful

Beach, calm and warm see, serenity due to a few people on the beach. Room is spacious with a balcony. Breakfast and dinner buffet each 500 LE, offer nice variety of foods. Food was fresh and tasty. I didn't see fruit option.
