“The worst house to rent in La Hacienda ras sedr !!!!”

This house was set to be ready to have us by 12:00 clean and electricity card full for our stay Yet when we arrived it was not clean , bathroom drawers were broken , sofa was full of ants , the kitchen cupboard had a pot full of rotten cooked pasta , the cook stove,boiler and microwave were not clean as well, bathrooms and kitchen smelled horrible all our stay due to plumping issues , the bathroom had a used loofa in it and the electricity was not working and the electricity card was empty. Kitchen freezer was full of ice and had horrible smell we had to clean it and defrosted ourselves . It took him an hour till we had the house keeping come and clean. And we went and got the electricity card charged ourselves and when we told the owner he refused to give us the extra electricity charged amount . Kitchen tools and pots were all un sanitary to use that we had to buy everything to be able to have a meal in the house. And after all the cleaning the house was ready for us by 3:00 pm.

“Perfect for families of groups of friends”

The apartment was very convenient, ideal for a group of friends or a family who want a short break and enjoy the nice beaches of the Red Sea. It was quite well equipped - there is even a washing machine, although we didn't use it, as we stayed just for a day and a half. We chose Ras Sedr as a base from which to travel to Saint Catherine's Monastery and Mount Sinai (some three hours away from the compound). The kitchen has basic stuff to cook if you want to. There is a small supermarket in the entrance which is decently stocked. If you choose to eat out, there are some restaurants on the beach for reasonable prices (I'd recommend "Figs & Olives", as well as the main restaurant near to the entrance, which has an excellent buffet for breakfast). The beds are very comfy and there are two toilets, which is a plus when travelling in a group of 5 people. Lovely terrace with a view to a pool, ideal to chill out and watch the sunset if you don't feel like going to the beach. There are plenty of parking spots, which is an advantage. Lots of greenery all around the compound, which is really appreciated coming from Cairo. The owners did their best to cater for our needs, and arranged an exceptional check in time, which was very considerate of them.

The host is decent and friendly. The chalet has a pool view. The whole place is quite during week days. The beach is clean and safe for children. An excellent destination for a family vacation.

Location is perfect Clean and fully equipped

This place has a cozy atmosphere, well equipped, the view is a nice pool and a garden which was pleasant. The supermarket nearby made it convenient. The staff member which was in contact with me was very nice, responsive and helpful. The beach is a 4 min drive or 10 min walk I found it ideal for a short stay as the activities you can do were somehow limited ( unless you're into kite surfing)
