I recently had the pleasure of staying at Grand Hotel , and I wanted to take a moment to commend the General Manager and the entire team for their outstanding service. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and professionalism. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, promptly addressing any requests I had. The attention to detail in the room cleanliness and amenities was impressive. I also appreciated the thoughtful recommendations for local attractions and dining options. The breakfast was very good and rich. The stuff allowed us to have early breakfast as we were supposed to leave earlier. The view from the balcony is perfect!

The staffs are so kind, and all services are excellent. The hotel has a good location to watch the Nile and Eastern Mediterranean See.
