Perfect location, well equipped with everything you need. Stunning design and beautifully furnished. Handy to beach and eateries close by. Every room had an amazing view.

The view of Muri is spectacular from the property. I think it is one of the best locations on the island. The house is exactly how it looks in the photos. We loved our stay.

Our little hire car needed some encouragement getting up the winding driveway, but when we go to the top we had arrived in Paradise. The Villa itself is as spectacular as the view it takes in. Nestled in the hillside surrounded by tropical gardens, yet right in the heart of Muri, with the night markets & many of the tour operators just a stone’s throw away. It is luxurious & stylish, yet functional & comfortable, designed so every room has a magnificent view of the islands & lagoon, right out to the ocean. The pool was beautiful, the bed and bedding perfect, our family of resident geckos were entertaining, & I’m happy to say we didn’t turn the large TV on once. From the very beginning all communication with hosts Maria & Brent was professional & stress free. Maria made sure she was there to welcome us on arrival, even after the 24-hour delay of our flight & our bond was promptly refunded after our stay. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have started our holiday in such a grand way. It was an amazing welcome to the Island.

Beautiful round house with tall ceilings and glass windows that give a beautiful view on the lagoon. Lovely outside area and pool. Gardens are stunning. Would be great for a big group of people.

Great location. Outstanding view. Great laundry facilities…able to get washing dry even though it rained …clothesline in car port. Close to beach, great restaurants, cafes. Great for 3 friends to have a bedroom and bathroom each. Was great to have clean towels delivered mid stay. Great pool .

“Fantastic short stay in a stunning home in a beautiful part of Rarotonga”

A stunning elevated property overlooking Muri Lagoon, short 5 minute walk to small local conveniece store, cafes and local night market which provided a fantastic choice of local food, be early. Fantasic white sandy beach with beautiful crystal clear water, we used the local bus service which operates clockwise or anticlockwise around the Island at $5 a trip. We hope to return, thank you Maria

This is the first property I’ve seen that looks better in person than in the photos. An amazing view from the lounge area, ample space and lovely pool area. Will definitely be back.

The villa is positioned high on the hill over-looking the Muri district. The vista is outstanding and yet the property affords a great sense of privacy as well. We spent a lot of time in the pool - cooling off on the 8 glorious sunny days we spent here. The views and position are the BEST features of this home. The gardens are superb and Maria and her crew keep everything immaculate. We loved the fresh flowers that awaited us and enjoyed self catering for the most part although the Muri night markets are at the end of the driveway, as is the car/scooter hire if you want it.
