I really enjoyed my stay at Kia Orana Villas. Everything was easy, from talking to the host to check on my booking before I arrived on the island to check-in (details were emailed through prior to my arrival so check-in was super easy) and check-out. The location is very close to town, the villa had everything I needed and was very comfortable, and Sane and the team were excellent! The breakfast was also really great, I loved the locally grown fruit! Thank you Kia Orana Villas.

Good aircon, great size room with patio, outdoor shower with hot water. Friendly staff, all necessary amenities in room for business travellers (ironing tools, ample hangers in closet, cooking, hairdryer). Clear instructions (gate codes, key location) via emails

The Boss Sane - absolutely helpful and kind. Made sure we had all that we needed incl my own personal chair (much appreciated). The villa was very spacious, clean, and central. Lovely lovely lovely. The pool was very clean and refreshing. Gorgeous spas - even used them in the heat. Also washing machine and dryer.

Location is perfect. Very close to Avarua town. Sane and her husband Joe were awesome host Will diffently stay here again on our next trip.

Our hosts Sane and Joseph were wonderful, friendly, helpful and accommodating. Sane always make sure that we are happy and comfortable. Sane, Joseph and team were amazing and so very welcoming. Beautiful daily breakfast with fresh tropical fruit, cereals, toast (coconut bread) and fresh pastries along with Joseph's great coffee. Joseph and Sane have a vast knowledge and informations of the island and things to see and do. Room has everything you need even washing machine and dryer. Very peaceful, private, quiet and relaxing accommodation that is not far from town and only 4 - 5 minutes away from the airport. Thank you Sane, Joseph and team for making our stay a memorable and wonderful stay. Thank you David for waiting for us when we arrived early hours in the morning much appreciated.
