The house is incredible the views are spectacular the facilities are amazing and the kids were never left feeling bored. We also love and appreciate your beautiful house manager Jek and his wife, they were soooo welcoming and attended to every small little question or we need we had we cannot rate them more they are truly the angels of iro! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. Couldn’t have picked better accomodation. Groundsman Jek was super helpful and welcoming. Would recommend to a big family/ group. Thank you Kevin & Tina

“Beautiful house but I didn't pay to be a maid”

Firstly, let me say it was a beautiful property and the house was huge with 9 ensuite bedrooms on the top floor and 1 bedroom on the ground floor. We were in the pool everyday which was a decent size for our size group (10 adults + 2 kids). The kids enjoyed the kiddy room which was stocked with kids toys and a tv/DVD player and the adults enjoyed drinks and playing at the pool table. All rooms had roof fans but the winner was the air con in the cinema. The house keeper was a nice guy and helped us out when we had any problems. Communication with the owner was fantastic as well as the transaction for payment of the house. Beautiful view from the balconies (which every room had). Huge washing machine. Freezer is on the smaller side so remember that if you plan on bringing meat like we did other than that the kitchen was well equipped. We used the BBQ often and even took it down to the pool and had a poolside BBQ dinner. All bathrooms came with the usual amenities eg. soap, shampoo. They also provided mozzie coils and plug ins for each room. Overall a nice experience that gave luxe vibes.

Stunning home with open plan living. Beautiful kitchen which was well used. The pool and Movie theater were a hit with the children. Rooms were comfortable and really spacious with own ensuits. Very clean and loved. Particularly loved the privacy.

Peaceful, luxurious, immaculate , spacious, fabulous pool and beautiful grounds. The caretaker was awesome. Such an asset to the property up early cleaning pool and tidying up outside. It was like having our own private resort.

Absolutely EVERYTHING was AMAZING!! The home is situated up on the hill, giving you ample opportunity to appreciate the land. Every single room had a balcony and ensuite with a beautiful view from each of them. There was plenty of space for connectivity and space. A cinema and games room for entertainment and a separate room for children to enjoy away from the adults. Open living and dining area to eat and chill as well as a swimming pool to dip in. The property deserves far more than 10/10. Our whānau LOVED the accomodation. Thank you so so much! 🥰

Amazing house, amazing hosts all round wonderful holiday. A plunger for coffee would have been the icing on the cake.

“Amazing holiday retreat”

What a stunning place to stay. We love the space the facilities and the safety of the pool for kids. It was the perfect place for a holiday for young families. We will be back for sure.
