Very Convenient..spacious..n..dat view..'Stunning '. Im back in Aotearoa NZ..bloody 'Cold '..makariri..!! Still under blankets..Yes ! Dreaming..of my stay..kitchen..fantastic..microwave..oven cooker..bench top stove( I used...most of da time !!..very thoughtful..Wen U go out ...din..din..2 to 3 daes..U want beg back..n cook some normal meal ..as is noodles n veg or rice...or maniota ( yellow). )..I will reach out...wen returning...can catch buz..or walk to avarua...or fishing game bar..Club raro....I had my son come Over from his Football Compound ( CIFA)..he loves it !!😍❤️..I already know, his..noted it for future, Ventures for him ..

Out of the hustle and bustle of the town centre but not too far to get too. Super Brown store within walking distance that has delicious food made by locals everyday. Bill was a brilliant host and communication from daughter Pasha was very prompt. Was easy to find and had everything needed for a vacation.

We had the best stay at Barefoot Base, so peaceful and private, Bill was very accommodating and gave us the sweetest gifts on our departure.

Everything was amazing. Fresh fruit, water in the fridge at arrival. Few steps from the beach, you can literally hear the ocean from your room. The living room is quite big and the kitchen has everything you need. The bedroom is large with space for your luggage. Toilet and shower are really good too. Everything clean and nice!

“Slice of paradise”

Such a wonderful, clean and comforting place to stay in Rarotonga. Right on the beach, the views were insane and we could catch a perfect sunrise every morning. Tucked away from the main road, we felt like we were in paradise. The hosts Bill and Pasha are so lovely. As a first time traveler, I was super grateful for how much help we received before we even arrived in Rarotonga. The hosts provided us with lots of information on how to get around, car rentals, activities and all the neat tips and tricks for staying here. We will definitely be returning!

Host was fantastic, location beautiful. Budget, but good value for money

Location was great Very friendly/helpful owners. Everything that was needed. Bicycle hired on site was great On the seaside

Bill and Pasha were lovely! Bed was very comfortable and the shower was also great!

Felt unsafe without fencing around the perimeter. Would be thieves could get access but then you are advised to lock up which I did.

It was quiet relaxing, simple and all the facilities for a comfortable stay where I cook cook and live affordable and simply. The hoses were wonderful, privacy was maintained as well as providing a friendly home environment .

I had a wonderful stay at Barefoot Base. I was travelling on my own and felt perfectly safe. The location was perfect - I could walk one way to Muri and the other way into town. The bus would stop right out the front and there was a supermarket just down the road. I loved going to the Love Cafe in the morning - again, just down the road. the local people were very friendly, stopping to ask if I needed a lift whenever they saw me. I loved the peace and quiet and going to sleep listening to the ocean. Thank you Pasha and Bill.

I feel very Homely .. And the guest owners are very good and take care like their own. Helped with taking out and guiding with different location to visit and also helped with dropping to Airport and giving etc.
