“Nice and quiet”

Excellent value and a quiet location, I wasn't woken once by crowing Roosters or a midnight dog fight I had at my previous accommodation.

Jane and Craig were excellent hosts offering many extras and advice. The snorkels and other equipment was very welcome and the lovely quiet position was most appreciated. They couldn’t do enough for us. We loved the whole experience.

“A place with a soul by the best beach in Rarotonga”

Location just a few hundreds metres from the best beach of Rarotonga with superb snorkelling (coral garden, turtles, all sorts of fishes) accessible both at low and high tides. Bus stop also few hundreds metres from home, a grocery store 10 minutes walk along the beach, with also several take aways /restaurants nearby (walking distance). Dive shop with kayaks and bike rentals also a few metres away. There is no real need to rent a car. The apartment was very well equipped, very quiet and clean. A washing machine, snorkeling gear, books, and many other amenities are available for free. Wi-Fi was good. Nev, the owner, is an amazing person and lives just there so is always ready to help and give advice. The place emanates a very special and beautiful karma - ideal for long stays, you really get to disconnect, relax and appreciate island life! Thanks Nev for the great week we spent there!

“Great stay by the beach”

Great bungalow just by Aroa beach and marine park, the bungalow had it’s own bathroom and equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave, boiler, toaster, sink etc.) which was very handy to be able to cook meals Right by the beach where the snorkeling was great ! You can borrow snorkeling equipment and shoes if needed, books and board games are also available. Nev was always very helpful anytime i had a question or needed something. There is a laundry available which i found great. Just next door to a dive shop where you can also rent snorkeling equipment or bikes. The diving was also amazing around the island.

There was quite a few complimentary things which was totally unexpected & pleasantly surprising such as fresh fruit, cereals & jams, filtered water. Access to a washing machine, a library. Snorkelling gear if one snorkels which i don't. The hosts were friendly with lots of knowledgeable advice on the area.

5 minutes walk to the beach and bus stop, perfect location if you don't have a hire car like myself. Close enough to walk to a couple of nice restaurants and the small dairy/convenience store if you prefer cooking and the kitchen has everything you need!

Prefect location for Swimming and relaxing. Not that far to local shop for supplies.

“Very relaxing”

Nev was very helpful. Ideal beach for snorkelling opposite and they provided the gear needed. Bus a few steps away. Would recommend having a car.

The location was excellent. 2 minutes walk to a beautiful beach. 6 minutes walk to the Rarotongian and the car rental. Island bus at end of road. The Bungalow was exactly as advertised. Nev and Debbie are great. Definitely be back and would recommend.
