Arcadia is located in a beautiful, peaceful setting, close to snorkelling beaches. The resort itself is tranquil and quiet and had all amenities required. The pool is great and the host, Neil, was very friendly and welcoming, he made sure we had everything we needed for a fabulous trip, we had a great time! We even had free on-site parking! I’d highly recommend Arcadia and would definitely stay there again.

This is a great property for a family to stay at. The two units we had (and there are 3 in total) housed the 8 of us in comfort. The beds were very comfortable, the lounge and deck upstairs housed us all easily for meals, games, drinks. This is a very family friendly property. The saltwater pool was available at all hours, and it is an easy walk to the beach across the road. Neil, the host, was very helpful with local information and was nicely laid back in keeping with the Raro vibe.

Neil was a fantastic host , great location near good snorkling beach good restaurants , great bbq so could have some quiet dinners around pool and quiet location on a beautiful island paradise , would highly recommend Arcadia

We loved our stay and the property was exactly as advertised. Travelling as a group of four adults we wanted to have space and Ta’i villa was perfect for us. The rooms (and beds) are huge and the living area and kitchen are spacious and well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the balcony looking out over the lovely garden and pool. It was a fantastic spot for a drink or to curl up and read. Neil is a great host and has plenty of local tips and places to recommend. We’d definitely stay again. The pool and BBQ area is well equipped and a lovely spot to make the most of.

Our villa was comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed. It was very tranquil and relaxing in amongst the beautiful garden and swimming pool - a little piece of paradise. Neil was an excellent host, very accommodating and super helpful in providing local advice and recommendations. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location, beautiful facilities that were immaculately clean, very spacious and comfortable. Neil is a fabulous host who made our stay so memorable. He was very welcoming, we were able to leave our luggage before check-in, gave us advice on local highlights, and was always available if we needed him. The pool and gazebo, with bbq, were very clean and the perfect place to cook our evening meals and enjoy the private, quiet and sheltered setting. We highly recommend and will be back, thank you Neil.

The entire location and facilities were great. Great villa and BBQ area and swimming pool. The host Neil was a extremely nice and helpful person. I wiould return to Arcadia again and recommend to people as well.

Lovely spacious 2 bedroom villa with beautiful outdoor area. Very peaceful with immaculate pool area for cooking off and relaxing. Neil was an excellent host with fantastic local tips about the island. He made us feel welcome and was very accommodating.

The villa was extremely roomy and clean. The king-sized beds and living room sofa were very comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. The location was excellent—walking distance to a cafe, two food establishments and a mini-mart/petrol station and of course the beach!

What a beautiful place to stay!! It was my husband and i and our two teenage children. The house we stayed in was beautiful, and the pool and gardens were so pretty. We went to a few of the resorts and were so happy we stayed at Arcadia as they were so full, we pretty much had the whole place to ourselves. Neil, our host, was awesome! He left us alone, but if we had any questions or needed help with anything, he would go above and beyond to help us. A really good person. My husband and son went on a private fishing charter and caught a heap of yellowfin tuna which neil made us up a beautiful platter of sashimi so good (Game fishing rarotonga would definitely recommend) I was worried about the location, but it was the best so close to the best bars and restaurants and the sunsets to die for. Shipwreck and plenty of other bars, only a 2 min scooter away. Definitely recommend shipwreck for snorkling and evening drinks. We had a blast, thanks Neil!!

Location quiet, excellent swimming facilities. Villa comfortable, had all kitchen facilities. Host gave plenty of local information on bus timetable, supermarkets, beaches etc. Plenty of restaurants and island activities to chose from.

This place is in a great spot, secluded nicely, not hard to find at all. Has a great host, friendly and helping. Facility's had everything you needed, and were very comfortable . Great pool/ bbq area. Would highly recommend.

Neil and Maxine were the perfect hosts, they let you get on and do your thing, but always available to help or advise. The accommodation was luxurious and perfectly maintained, by Neil.
