“Good but It could be better”
Parking, friendly kind host, big rooms. Offers a decent breakfast at a reasonable price, they can prepare omelettes at your request. Location is good, restaurants nearby and easy to explore the area from the hotel

“Cute little Agritorismu where you can relax and unwind.”
The location is great! The pool area is nice and calm. The staff is friendly. I cannot understand older reviews - maybe think of a language barrier?! (Not everyone is rude… they just don’t speak your language. More over the “smell” of chemicals was something I didn’t experience at all. Right after mopping the floor you could smell some cleaning solution which is normal I guess?! And the “bad smell” from the water is nature…there is a little river running alongside the property and very! Very rarely you could smell the water which is due to the heat and some plant on the water edges…you can barely smell it and I feel bad for the owner to read trough some older reviews because it doesn’t pay justice to this beautiful place!). The rooms got cleaned almost everyday (even though they said only every other day). The breakfast was decent in a typical Italian way. It’s not a five star luxury hotel but it’s clean, the staff is friendly and you can unwind and relax! More over lots of beautiful cities close by, vineyards everywhere you look and cute restaurants in the area! I would book it again!

“Delightful stay”
Beautiful property that is well maintained. Good communication via WhatsApp with Stefania who was at the property Monday - Friday morning. Fabulous pool with sufficient sunbeds. Access to laundry facilities - costs €10/day or €25/week. Great location just outside Rapolano Terme which has plenty of excellent restaurants, supermarket etc.

“We enjoyed!”
We enjoyed our stay at the Molino. We chose ut because it was a strategic place to visit our desired places but it turns out that the village of Rapolano also has thermal baths which we were able to try. The accommodation corresponded to the description, very comfortable with very friendly staff and the swimming pool more than necessary and faithful to the photos!
