We had a gorgeous few days at the Castello. The castle was beautfully decorated. The rooms were lovely. Breakfast was great. And everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly.

And how cool was it to stay at a castle? VERY COOL!!! Can't wait to go back!!

It was a real pleasure to experience Antonio and Kaci’s warm hospitality at Castello delle Serre. Aside from the venue's perfect, Tuscan charm, rarely have we encountered hosts who took such evident pride in making us feel at home. It is clear how much they each enjoy giving you the ultimate Tuscan experience. Antonio has a comprehensive knowledge of both the local area and the wider reaches of Tuscany and Umbria and gave us some great tips on the best places to visit. The castello itself has also been beautifully restored by Antonio and his father and could not have given my family a better experience of this fabulous part of the world. As I said to them as we left, it is wonderful to see a family making a living through their passion and generosity.

We got always great tips to where we could go and which places to visit. Breakfast was great. Parking is onsite and easy to access. It's a nice spot for relaxing too, considering the number of rooms and guests.

Everything in the castle was magnificent a few examples the gorgeous rooms , lots of free space outside of rooms for entertaining , lovely expansive pool area , beautiful architecture , incredible outlooks to distant vistas of Tuscany.

Fantastic experience in this beautifully renovated medieval castle. Kaci and Antonio, the hosts, are absolutely wonderful and full of great ideas of visits, restaurants, tips ... A huge Thanks to them for their kindness ! The castle is very close to a main highway and ideally situated close to Siena and midway of Florence and Assisi. The pool is an ideal place to rest and refresh after a day of visits. We absolutely loved Castello Delle Serre.

“Brilliant stay, fantastic location and -most important- super helpful, lovely owners”

This is just a fantastic property in a fantastic location. It's a fully refurbished castle once owned by nobilities, and you feel that way from the moment you enter the premises. The views are amazing too from the windows. The location is strategic, from where you can easily explore most of the famous Tuscan small towns and wine regions (plus the surrounding nature). There is free parking and also a very handsome swimming pool. However, the best "feature" is the owner Antonio (Anthony) and his wife Kacey. They are Italian-Americans, so you can expect not only excellent English but also a high level of friendliness and hospitality. They make you really feel at home and give you plenty of tips and recommendations (and even help you reserve tables).

“A room with a view”

Beautiful hotel, situated in a small village with wonderful views and walking distance to traditional restaurants. The gardens and swimming pool were stunning. However, for me, the best facility was a comfortable reading chair, next to the window in our room which looked out to a great view and a wonderful sunset. Magic!

Such a magical pearl in Tuscany. Had a wonderful stay! We can really recommend this place. Perfect location and the staff is really friendly and helpful with everything! We look forward to come back.
