The house is beautiful and in a great location, and we enjoyed the surroundings. However, there were several issues that affected our stay. When we arrived, all plugs were out of the sockets, so we had to set up the Wi-Fi ourselves. On the second day, all drains were completely clogged – clearly a long-standing issue – and I had to clean out the outdoor drain pit myself, which is definitely not something you expect or want to do on holiday. The dishwasher did not work at all during our stay. Several lights were not working, one socket was loose, and the Chromecast in the TV had no power connection, so it couldn’t be used. There was also no information booklet about the house (e.g., waste separation, appliances, etc.). I tried to contact the host by email and phone to address these issues, but unfortunately received no response and all phone numbers were unreachable. With proper maintenance and more responsive communication, this could easily be a perfect stay. The house itself is lovely.
