“Location vs Facilities”

Location is great. Nearby Zermatt town. It.’s also within a small village, quite too. The rooms are just nice for 2 ppl. 1 of the room with some light cooking facilities. Owner is friendly.

“The best place to stay near Zermatt.”

The hotel is right next to the train station but you couldn’t hear much of the train passing. The owner was very accommodating and friendly. He is very helpful as well with all our queries. The room was big enough and very clean plus the beddings are smell of fresh clean sheets. Bed was comfortable and the surrounding place is very quiet.

“Good location with recently upgraded bedrooms”

The hotel is only a minute's walk from the train station giving quick access to Zermatt. The bedrooms have been recently refurbished with new and comfortable beds, It is good value and we had a very pleasant cheese fondue for dinner. Despite the proximity to the station, there is no noise from trains (which travel quite slowly through Randa). It is well positioned for local mountain hikes in the summer time.

The hotel has a charming, cozy atmosphere that feels like a traditional, simple place rather than a large, impersonal chain hotel. The room was spotless, and the mattress was extremely comfortable. The manager was incredibly accommodating, he kindly stayed an extra hour and a half late in the evening to check us in, allowing us to catch the last train from Zermatt without stress. (Which stops right in front of the hotel). We both had breakfast, which was complete, satisfying, and very good value for the price.

Convenient right next to the station & information/tourism office Staff were friendly, superb communication and would do anything for you Warm, very comfortable beds & quiet with great views from our room, shower always plentiful hot water

The host Marco was lovely, he was incredibly attentive, super friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, plus right next to the station. Would highly recommend.

“A fantastic stay at a gem of a hotel”

We had a wondeful stay. After arriving late due to some travel disruption, our hosts were amazing, offering us some complimentary drinks from the bar before showing us to our marvellous room. The beds were new and incredibly comfortable and it's location right next to the station helped us to make a quick onward journey to Zermatt in the morning. Would definitely reccomend and stay again!

Great location to train station. Affordable option in zermatt area. Very sweet , gracious host! Very welcoming and kind.

The hotel us very close to the sration, literally 1 minute. It takes 20 minutes by train to get to Zermatt. We found it very convenient. A very nice host, room luved in a just renovated room with the new furniture.

Perfect location in a quiet town while being easily accessible to Zermatt. The owner, Marco, is a very friendly and accommodating person who will not hesitate to help you in anyway. The rooms are sizeable and comfortable.

“Clean, Quite and close to the train station”

A private hotel just over 20 minutes by train from Zermatt. The station is right downstairs, very close yet quiet. The owner is very welcoming, the hotel is clean, and has its own unique style, offering a tranquil beauty away from the hustle and bustle of the city. You can take the early train the next day to Zermatt to see the night view of the lights. It's a great value for the price.

Really great spot to reach Zermatt

Marco the Super host! He welcomes us warmly and gives us useful tips for the area. He is also very helpful with our luggage before and after our stay, saves us decent CFH for luggage storage at the station. The location is very good and convenient, right next to Randa station, very easy to go to Zermatt, only a 20 min train ride. The apartment is spacious, clean, warm, very nice beds and a fully equipped kitchen. I had the best sleep! The apartment looks recently renovated but still got the original "Swiss" feel. Thank you Marco for giving us an upgrade from a family room to an apartment. The stay is beyond our expectations! Good location, Good facilities and Good value for money. A 10 out of 10.

Marco is an excellent host. The location is very near to Randa train station, and is only 20mins away from Zermaat. Affordable, cosy and old vibe hotel in a lovely location.
