Beautifully decorated hotel that feels like a home, with spacious and well equipped rooms and a spectacular homemade family recipe restaurant. Great variety of options in the restaurant and for breakfast. Brilliantly located with a stunning view of Mount Kinabalu and nearby for local hiking areas. The staff/owners were unbelievably helpful and supportive with recommendations for activities and for taxis, onward transport etc. We are so grateful for the whole team for a wonderful experience. It’s a must!

The staff and service were amazing. Friendly, helpful, anticipating needs. Food was also amazing. I wish I had more time there to eat more!

This is not the kind of food that we were used to but it filled a hole. The Malaysian options were the best. Loads of moths if you like those. Service was good and room facilities were good. The walls were a bit thin for listening to a radio in the evening. Close to Kinabalu Park and Kundusang for trips out.

Overall, it was a good experience. * The place was very clean and tidy. * Hot water was functional (basic expectation, but a lot of home stay in Kundasang doesn't) * Love the corner for kids! * The food was good! My in laws are baba nyonya and I had quite a bit of baba nyonya food. And I'm glad the food tastes authentic! * The lighting in the room was sufficiently bright and I like that there's a lot of plug points.
