Initially booked Lodge 37. Thought it was the same Lodge37T near the Petronas I saw. The Lodge37 staff was very incompetent, bad service so the staff at Lodge37T have to contact me & I changed my booking to Lodge37T instead even though when I first saw the advert for Lodge37T, it was full. The only thing I'm happy about is that the staff at Lodge37T can easily change my booking to Lodge37T.

- wrong adress was provided to us via booking.com and also wrong location on google, it took us a long time to find the hotel - small room and no window, therefore smelly - people were shouting "hello" while hiding behind corners and then asking for pictures ... we did not feel very comfortable staying there - cockroach in bathroom
