“Perfect - Comfortable, Quiet, and Well Located”

We stayed at Ferienwohnung Aschenwald in January for a ski trip, and it was an excellent choice. The apartment is very clean, warm, and well-equipped, exactly what you need after long days on the slopes. Everything is well maintained, and the layout is practical and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax and store ski equipment. The location is ideal for skiing in the Zillertal area. Access to the main ski resorts is quick and easy, whether you’re heading toward Mayrhofen, Zillertal Arena, or Hintertux. Ramsau itself is quiet and charming, perfect for resting in the evenings away from the crowds. A big plus was the peaceful atmosphere and the beautiful mountain surroundings, especially in winter. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth and ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. Overall is a great base for a winter ski holiday—comfortable, well located, and excellent value for money. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, peaceful location. Very spacious, well-equipped flat. Whatever you need to have a perfect holiday. Anita is a charming warm host. Easy access to the beautiful area around Zillertal, a better choice than Mayrhofen (too crowded).

Really friendly and accommodating hosts. Beautiful views from every window and the large wrap around balcony. The apartment had all the essentials you needed, even coffee was provided. The rooms are spacious.

The host was tremendous and the apartment was brilliant. It's big, clean and storybook cute. It's well appointed, with all the utensils you'll need -- plus a little bottle of schnapps to greet you on arrival. The huge wraparound deck is lined with flowerboxes and impossibly wonderful views. I don't speak a word of German, embarrassingly enough, but the host overcame my shortcomings effortlessly and communicated with ease.
