I think the hotel’s standard has declined; even the breakfast used to be better. The entire night the room didn’t cool down because of the weak air conditioner, and we filed two complaints. Compared to the price of $200 per room, I don’t think it’s worth it. On top of that, the reception staff’s attitude was rude, especially the one who checked us in when we arrived—he was ridiculous . Overall, courtesy and good customer service are a rare currency here.

The hotel was well located and equipped, the staff were very helpful and polite especially Mohamad bushnaq and Qais were friendly.. During our short stay at the hotel we felt home and the environment was super comfortable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at meilinoum hotel, and I must say, it was a truly perfect experience. From the moment l arrived, I was impressed by the exceptional service and attention to detail. The check-in process was seamless and efficient. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive, making me feel welcome immediately. The room itself was immaculate, with a comfortable bed, stylish decor, and all the amenities one could ask for.

As soon as I stepped in the hotel I was greeted by the amazing staff of the hotel. The check in was seamless, Mr. Mohammed Bushnaq did an amazing job at welcoming us in, the rooms were ready instantly . Everything was professionally taken care of, I would definitely stay there again just because of how we were treated at check in

“We had an amazing stay in the Millenium. Staff was very helpful and we were offered late check-out.”
Location was quiet, but walking distance to the busy Al-Manara Square. Free parking lot in the hotel is a huge bonus. Large comfy beds and a great choice of breakfast. Amazing and helpful staff! We were offered late check-out complimentary. Great pool area with pool bar.

is no presence of reception numbers and room service, the rooms are not cleaned despite placing a note about that, the room is not provided with its needs despite our 12 hours outside the hotel for a period Two days
