“Comfortable stay in a central location”
This is a fairly standard hotel located in a central area of the city. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful with everything you may need. Breakfast was a fairly varied buffet that was ready before 7:00 AM. The double room where my companion and I stayed was well equipped; however, the bathroom lacked an exhaust fan.

**Comfortable and quiet stay, excellent service with a wonderful, friendly staff, and outstanding cleanliness. The stay was exceptional in every sense, and the hotel provides everything you might need. It is only about 5 minutes away from the city center, away from traffic and crowds, offering peace, comfort, and luxury.**

I booked a room for one night without breakfast. The room was clean, with good facilities, including hot water. The beds were comfortable, and the hotel was pleasant, even offering us a complimentary breakfast.

“The best people ever!”
first of all, don’t be worried about visiting Palestine! the Hotel provides you all informations about passing through the checkpoints in the safest way, including taxi services to make it faster about the Hotel itself, very charming and the rooms are quiet big. A must to stay in while visiting Ramallah!❤️🇵🇸✌🏻

AC was not working, the guy in the receprion said I had not booked a room even though I showed him the confirmation
