“Would definitely return”

Lovely setting, relaxed atmosphere, great base for long hikes but also relaxation with the cafe/restaurant. The owner (?) was incredibly helpful and friendly and went above and beyond. Bungalow had everything we needed and had a great night’s sleep.

Food was good and we as cavers appreciated the gear-washing area and the clothes washing machine.

The place is wonderful, also the staff are friendly. The room is neat and clean.

The location of this campsite is spectacular. Set close to a river in a beautiful valley surrounded by dramatic mountains it would be hard not to be impressed but the actual design of the site, including the wonderful reception and bar area with open fire for colder months, was superb. We stayed in a deluxe bungalow which suited us as a couple perfectly well. The accommodation was clean throughout with a good level of basic equipment, the shower also functioned very well, hot with plenty of pressure. The two members of staff we saw were also friendly, professional and happy to help with my terrible Spanish! A very pleasant 20 minute walk along the river takes you to Ramales de la Victoria where you can find numerous bars, restaurants and shops. We had a couple of drinks in a lively looking bar where the locals and bar staff were once again really friendly. Being around 50 minutes from the Spanish Ports servicing the UK we found it ideal as a short stop before returning home, much better than some of the soulless accommodation you sometimes find near the main routes for around the same cost.

Comfortable bungalow with adequate cooking facilities with stunning backdrop of the mountains. Perfect to get out and hike or cycle. There was a restaurant that we didn’t use but had a drink in the bar which was lovely.

Very friendly staff, especially in the restaurant. The food was tasty and good value, and the tortilla for breakfast was excellent. The ambience is relaxing and the location is a short and flat bike ride, or longer walk, from Ramales town.

This is a small, cozy and very well organised and clean camping. Restaurant and common areas have been renovated recently. You can bring your pets and they are very well received.

Nice place, good stuff. Rural and silent. Very good restaurant for dinner.

The concept and design of the relaxation area and restaurant are very nice and it ia good to have this coin where a nice evening can be spent. The playground eas particularly useful and appreciated.

The location is wonderful. The view is fantastic. Staff was very friendly and helpful when I needed help getting the washing machine to work.

Great campsite! The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were very comfortable in our bungalow. We had a lovely dinner, almost too much as the portions were very generous. Our dog also felt at home here and enjoyed that there was a place for him in the bar so that he could be with us while we had a drink. The location was fantastic for us to enjoy some great hiking routes in the area. 10/10!
