We stayed two nights and the whole experience was great. Very clean room, perfect location for going to Plitvice, tasty breakfast... altogether great experience!

“Great short stay”

The size of our room was great and everything was super clean and tidy. The location is excellent. A short drive to the entrance of Plitvička and also lots of restaurants. Our host was brilliant! She works in Plitvička Park, so is full of knowledge. She recommended which routes to take and how to make the most of the day. It really paid off as we fitted everything in and thoroughly enjoyed our day. She recommended a nearby restaurant, which was fantastic and we ended up eating there every night of our short stay. You really can't beat the location and the host was thoroughly welcoming. It was great for our short stay. We would return.

“Friendliest host I’ve met but not a good night’s sleep”

The pleasantness of the property was all about the host, Marijana. She was very friendly and extremely helpful. She answered questions we had from a day before we checked in, and offered a car to pick us up from the Rakovica bus station (the property is then circa 2 mins drive from there). She also went out of her way to drive us to Grabovac the next morning to catch the bus from there to the lakes. Just extremely amazing and kind. The property is about 15 minutes drive to the lakes if that’s your destination. The room was clean and a decent size, as was the bathroom. We also got offered a kettle when we asked which was helpful for tea.

Location was absolute superb quite in the middle of the green Croatian mountain. Big room and very comfortable. The plus factor was the owner Marijana. She is text me all the way and she gave us a lot of useful Information regarding the Park and not only. She was so nice and welcoming. We had a couple of hours chat in the evening along with a nice fresh beer

Best guest house experience, the owner’s family is very hospitable and kind, the family helped us a lot during our stay. It is located in a cute peaceful village, very easy to reach and transfer to the park and surrounding areas, also the breakfast was delicious, thank you so much for everything and if we come back to visit the park again, will definitely choose to stay with Guest House Magdalena!

The hosts were very friendly and gave us advices for our hike in Plitvice Lakes! You can have breakfast in the morning (any time you want) which was great! I definitely recommend.

The location is very nice, 10 minutes by car from plitvice lakes national park. Our host was super nice and spoke excellent English. Delicious breakfast! Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

Very comfi room, we came here for visiting the Plitvitce lakes and our host was really nice and helpfull, she give us really good advice for visiting the Park. I would definitly recommend this accommodation.
