Enjoying an elevated position on a small hill in a quiet, rural area near Rakovica, Apartment Iko is a self-catering accommodation with a garden and a terrace. Plitvice Lakes National Park is 10 km from the property. The apartment provides a TV and a seating area. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dining area, while the bathroom is fitted with a shower. A view of the mountain is available. A restaurant is 300 metres away, while a grocery shop and a cafe bar are located in Rakovica, 1 km from Iko Apartment. Rafting is possible on two nearby rivers, the Korana at 20 km away, and at Una, 30 km away. The local bus stop is located at a distance of 300 metres. Zagreb Airport is 120 km away. “2 days familly stay to visit Plitvice lakes”
We have spent 2 days in Iko Appartment and we are all very positive about our stay. First, the location is perfect if you want to visit Plitvice lakes (around 16 mins by car to entrance 1). The territory is very nice, in the middle of the countryside. The area is huge with a big garden, a private swimming pool and an shared place for eating and barbecue! We are disappointed not being able to make barbecue »… lack of time! The appartement is a kind of chalet in wood, cosy, with kitchen, bathroom and leaving room in the ground floor. First floor is dedicated to the sleeping area, with a small balcony with panoramic view on the garden and the pool! This place is ideal for a family with children, as well as for couple or small companies of friends. Owners are very kind, flexible on arrival and departure times. They spend lot of time to keep the appartement and surroundings (including the pool, flowers) very clean! We highly recommend Iko appartement for a stay in this area of Croatia. We even regret not to be able to stay longer! Thank you Petra, Ivan & familly for this few days!!!

Holiday House Iko is beautifully located with a very nice view on the mountains. Only a 20-minute drive from Plitvice Lakes this was a very good place to stay for a few days. Petr is a very friendly and helpful host.

“Superb accommodation”
Loved the wooden mountain house with a separate covered BBQ hut and pool. The owners were extremely friendly and shared their local slibiviche - home made plum brandy. They even gave us a bottle to take away.
