This is probably one of the best hotels not only in the city, but also in Bangladesh. Excellent breakfast with fruits, desserts and a choice of dishes. Clean room, pleasant smell and design. The staff is very cheerful, polite and helpful ❤️

“Satisfactory”
Reception were good after first entry. Staff's all are cooperative. Good environment. Cost is not higher to facilities. Overall is satisfactory.

Single room with a huge bed, and the room itself is very spacious. A nice compliment from the hotel. Breakfast is a buffet with a good selection of dishes and desserts. Pool on the roof

The cafe is only just learning but are very anxious to please and serve nice coffee and cakes. The restaurant is again helpful but a weaker link and is generally grubby needs paint and deep clean. It served adequate food nicely cokked andl presented. . Bed hard as iron.

“The hotel is located in prime area in city market place, very near to bus and rail services.”
Breakfast varieties were less. It be increased. Location is well within the city centre and excellent. Staff behaviour is very good.

“Exceptional hotel and service”
The staff was the high point. The room was clean and big. The bathroom was very clean and there was hot water available 24*7. We received a very warm welcome. I am a wheelchair user and for the first time, a hotel understood my needs perfectly. The breakfast spread was exceptional but more like a lunch menu, so they could work on adding more breakfast items to suit all guests. Overall, the food was extremely tasty. Everything was great. Thank you so much. Keep up the good work.
