“Great facilities ruined by the awful male staff.”
Infrastructure and facilities are good, everything else from there is a hideous experience. Starting from the staff which literally follows you and your guests and not in a welcoming way. One of them ended up following a young lady of my family under the name of security when she clearly felt extremely uncomfortable. The sad thing is the infrastructure and food is so capable of having a 10 star review but the male staff COMPLETELY ruins the privacy and the freedom of living at a hotel!
